Sachin Marble Murti Arts relies on a solid production base to keep every marble sculpture accurate and durable. The plant stands in Alwar and holds the machines, hand tools and space that carving but also finishing demand.
The layout lets veteran carvers work beside modern saws, grinders and polishers. Each cutter as well as air tool is chosen to shape sharp edges and glass smooth surfaces on deities, animals or human figures that range from a few centimetres to life size blocks.
A separate zone stores raw slabs, another holds rough carved forms and a third gives polishers room to bring out the stone's shine. Finished pieces wait in a covered store where dust next to moisture cannot reach them.
